I have lost pressure in my hot water throughout my flat. I've tried to reinstall the air gap but this had no effect. Mains pressure is fine. I've been advised it may be a blocked strainer. If it is a blocked strainer is this something I can do myself? I presume I'll have to drain the system...

The pressure appears to be holding. It did take a good twenty five minutes to reinstate the air gap by holding the valve open. I know nothing about plumbing but on this mega flow cylinder as i understand it, the cold water comes off the mains into the bottom of the cylinder, and that is used...

I seemed to have lost pressure in my hot water so that it is merely a trickle. I have a mega flow cylinder and the problem happened suddenly and I have no idea why. Cheers in advance for any help Tommy
