Just noticed the RDL logo on there and have found their website - will try and contact them directly.

We've got this bathroom fan in a flat we've moved into. It powers on when the light switch is turned on, and turns off approx. 5 mins after the light switch is turned off. It's broken - the fan often stops turning when it's on (although operates fine in the 5 min period when you switch it...
