Thanks for your reply! We have a combi boiler and we have no water tank and this has only been happening recently.

Just recently I have hot water coming out of the cold tap. It is only in the bathroom on the upstairs of our maisonette. Anybody know why it's happening? Any help is gratefully appreciated!
