sorry forgot to mention that the water pressure is very poor in kitchen and when when kitchen tap is opened, boiler will not fire, but cause pressure slightly better upstairs when bath tap opened will fire up intermitently.

boiler will fire, then not fire when in dhw mode, any suggestions please.
