Friends have had one of these machines for a couple of years. They have never cleaned the pump (pleading ignorance!) and now I am unable to unscrew the lid. It turns one quarter of a turn, water comes out but I cannot turn the lid anymore or pull the lid out. Suggestions would be helpful. Thanks :)
