Thank for this. I assume it is permissible to run cabels channeled into the plaster or behind the skirting? Does any know of any propriety systems for running behind skiting boards? Thank you

Does anyone have any suggestions where to run pipes and cables when I can not do so under the floor/above ceiling which is an insulated floating floor system which once down will stay down forever?
