Hi, had similar problem at my daughters house, a replacement euro cylinder lock solved it!
Just check the fault exists with both the door closed and the door open. This confirms that all the shoot bolts, levers etc are not to blame...
I get my paper tubes from Carpet shops, they are always pleased to have them removed off site.
They comes in various lengths and diameters.
Give them a try
Power off,
Change the room stat, (multiple clicking etc not good)
This looks to be the same stat:-

If problem not resolved, then proceed further.
If the new pipe work goes high into the loft and then descends to the new rad, then air vents on both pipes will be required at their highest point. Either manual vents or auto air vents should do the trick.
Your actions at the moment suggests only one of the pipes is clear.
Best of luck
I've used these for drilling thr' ceramic tiles - did a good job, just take it steady.
However I doubt that they could be used on porcelain tiles!

Could be a supply for a gas wall lamp, or more likely a wall mounted water heater - geyser.
Found a nice supply of lead gas pipes in the first floor of my daughters 1930's house when installing pipework for radiators a while back.
Just try 2 lengths of wire to connect the top bar to the lower handle. You will have to juggle about with the length! I've used split key rings to connect the wire to the holes and give a bit of wiggle room.
Would either of these be suitable?;-

That's what I thought in my post 13, a LED replacement car bulb. I also have some 21 watt bulbs that have the same bayonet base, perhaps an old style rear fog bulb, but I don't have a reference for them, sorry.
I would go to any Caravan outlet and ask their parts dept if they recognise the bulb and/or can recommend a replacement.
It looks to me like a 12 volt bulb.
Bought the Manhattan TV recorder last month, fully satisfied with it.
Records 2 channels at the same time, records series easily, quick set-up, just follow the instructions. No problems so far.
All the best
