Thanks for the info but would that not cause problems with the CH also? that fires up more or less instantly when I turn the boiler on and select CH and heats wonderful, well as wonderful as a Ravenheat can do !!

Hi all I have a Ravenheat 85 A combi, not a lover of it but could be worse. My pet hate it the length of time it take for the igniter and burner to come on when I want DHW. You turn it on and it take 15 / 20 second before burner comes on, which is a long time when you are waiting for hot...
