    Thanks John, i will try and move the felt back from the eaves and see if that helps. It's cold up there so i know there is ventilation.

    Hi guys, I am new to the forum. I have a new build and we have been living here for 5 years now. About a year ago, when i got the loft boarded, i noticed some damp and condensation in the loft, so i got some felt lap vents. Didn't solve it so i got more. I think in total i had like 20/30...
