    Hi terryplumb, yes the isolation valve was what the plumber fitted. No fittings with the arm, otherwise I suspect it would be quite straightforward. Aqualisa are saying I don't need any! On you tube there's a white plastic flat plate, then another fitting that looks like an elongated top hat...
