    Yes, they look like a cam lock. I have only worked with them once. I had to lock an Iroko worktop to an Iroko end panel ( both 2" thick)...

    They are particular to that Dutch web site, unlike most cam fitting they are exposed and fit thru the frame rather than being screwed...
