no i havent tried to turn the other rads off do u mean at the lockshield end,because these need a star key they are preset tamper proof i have tried the trv and its is working ok

hi all my rads are ok they all have termo valves and anti tamper valves on the return which need a star key to adjust but 1 rad wont get hot it was ok then just went off i have checked the valves all seem ok on the flow pipe there is a drain valve i put a hose on this and drained water then...

there is a humidistat fan in the bathroom but this is also happenin in other rooms i wasnt sure if maybe its something to do with the way it was finished when 1st built

I recently painted a flat, using white emulsion ceiling and mag for the walls, the flat is about 10 yrs old, the ceiling in the bathroom kept cracking and bubbling, and the walls in various places, started to crack and bubble, what causes this, and wats the remedy plz.

thx dick,the thermo is in the hall already np with that,but the tvr's are knackered,thats why the change,but im still unsure if the combi needs special tvr's or just any tvr

I need to instal some tvr's to some rads,the boiler is a combi,do normal tvr's do the job or is there a special valve for a combi ????

i think its a acylic resin tray which is a flat tray not the 1 with feet

hi i have removed a danaged shower tray which is 1200x800 it is on a solid timber base but there seems to be some sort of resin that was fitted below the tray which i assume was for levellin the tray but im not sure wat this resin is and where to buy it any idea's please
