Hi it's a small back room can be cold because two of the walls are external if you know what I mean

Had to scrape off some bubbled paint caused by damp then treated with mould remover. The plaster is fine now but I want to know what I should put on the plaster first before emulsion so it will be more stable in future thanks.

I have a vaillant eco Tec plus 851 when heating on after about one hour I get F.71 told it's likely a sensor so I would like to know a reasonable quote to expect to fix this issue thanks.
