Hi the plumber came and we discovered the fault lies within the tap nozzle itself. He took the nozzle off and being a mixer the fault appears to be within the split part of the cold side. We discovered that the taint was not apparant coming straight through the housing. any ideas how to remedy...

John, there are copper pipe extensions that I can see, I also believe there may have been a flexi pipe used behind the back of the now fitted under sink cupboard, what I can see are plastic joins ,,, but I see he fitted a silver looking metal joint just sited below the bottom of the cold water...
