    To add the diverter valve was fitted previously with some kind of multiplug, my guy said he had took this away also and tidied the wiring. This could be the point where things went wrong maybe? It’s annoying as I’m having to use the immersion switch for hot water

    It’s about 22/23 without heating in the house I keep asking for 32 on hive and get nothing? Is that what you mean

    I haven’t touched the wiring for hive as was direct replacement when I first did it. In terms of the boiler having a feed silly question but how do I know? There is a twin and earth to an isolator next to it? Always has been. Thank you

    I would but my point is at the other end (my picture) he has also disconnected the wiring and I have no clue where it all went Both ends are disconnected

    He’s took that away. Snipped the wiring and buried it in the ceiling, then at this end (heating control centre) he’s disconnected and taped off the wiring Thank you
