I'm about to start dry lining my spare room....this will be my first time. I was just wondering with it being my first effort and I'll obviously be slow cutting and hanging to boards....how long gone will the adhesive last in my bucket before it goes off?

I'm having central heating installed in my bungalow! The piping is coming from the roof so the plumber had cut holes into the plaster (which I'll be re-plastering anyways) just wondering how I go about plastering over the pipes.....will post a picture!

I have the majority of the broken peice....but I've put it back in and it doesn't sit correctly! Im assuming other bits have fallen out so it wont line up! So would you say filling it would be better?
