Chasing route around a corner / "from one zone to anoth

Thanks for the clarification John. Yes we would be talking exactly six double 13A sockets.

******** Somehow I don't think anyone is understanding my question, so I've made a new image that might explain things better.

Chasing route around a corner / "from one zone to anoth

Why would anyone? It's not a requirement but will protect the cables from the plasters trowel when the wall is "made good" again. Makes pulling new cables through an existing route easier than having to re-chase the wall. Also it's arguable I know, but if metal capping is used is adds some...

Chasing route around a corner / "from one zone to anoth

How would the light circuit cable not be in a safe zone anymore? It would be at completely the other end of the wall 150mm away from the edge and at a relivant height. Surely modifying the ring final circuit in the way you are saying would only change that circuit. Not another completely...

Thank you for the information. And yes, all 'outlets' in the image will be part of the ring and capping will be used as good practice.

Thanks for the great response guys,I am understanding it more now haha. I have got an image I badly edited that tries to describe what I'm saying but to say "it's not very good" is an understatement. I'll upload it anyway, although sorry for the lack of good software over here. It's...

    Socket's and Mini Trunking

Thanks for the advice guys :) I have decided to use Conduit in place of Mini-Trucking, so the round 20mm holes will be covered properly with female conduit to back box adaptors. It will be in a bed room but I'm not bothered about a small piece of plastic conduit or the Metal-Clad sockets...

    Socket's and Mini Trunking

Was just wondering if sockets like you can see in the link below are allowed too be used in conjunction with the cable being run in Mini Trunking... will add grommets to the knock out holes on the metal back box too prevent damaging the cable insulation of course...

    Multiple socket's options

Thank you all for your fast response! I have taken all your advice into careful consideration and will continue to do so. I was able too get over the the flat and get a ladder up into the loft and have a long more detailed look about. Also I was able too move all the junk from CU...

    Multiple socket's options

Hiya all, Let me just get straight to the point, my flat/maisonette has a ring final for all the the sockets in house, and another for the kitchen sockets, both are terminated into one 32A (If I remember correctly) MCB with RCD protection all inside the CU. Due to the shortage of sockets...
