Bugger. Basically the drainpipe goes straight undergroud currently. I need a grid at ground level to incorporate the downwards drainpipe in it. If that makes any sense??

Been told that my boiler is showing status '0' when central heating is meant to be on due to lack of pressure. Any help on this avenue?

Is the motor in the 4th pic down? Is there anything I can do to it or is it a replacement job? Was replaced 18 months ago... :-/ Also would this be the cause of all the issues? Thanks..
