it's 45x45 - I couldn't figure a way of reducing the size given the radius corner, thickness of skirting and the symmetry. I think I've improved it a bit by chamfering the top and the corner - the wife likes it and that's the acid test ;-) I'll post a pic once it's fitted. thanks, C

@lynchnigel - thanks for your reply. Problem is the skirting thickness is 22mm so figured would need to leave a few mm to get a clean edge on the skirting / block face.

Thanks for the reply. So I've knocked this up out of a couple of bits of easi-edge - it's not fitted but it looks kind of clumsy but given I need to give an edge to the skirting side not sure how to make it appear any less clumsy. Where do you suggest chamfers - along the top? First world...
