I'm redecorating my basement flat and the walls have a slight textured finish on them. I want to have a smooth finish - I've started sanding them but it is going to take forever to do. Can anyone advise if there is a paint that you can apply that will leave a smoother non-textured finish?

It doesn't have a by-pass valve fitted!!! Going to fit one and take it from there. Watch this space - will keep you posted.

It seems to work fine on the DHW. I haven't actually watched the pressure gauge - I'll check again next time I'm there. CH temperature sensor was set in the middle, turned it right down to test, but made no difference. How does the wax capsule work in the diverter?
