Ok great thanks for that. I guess i'm worried that any moisture that makes it past the first imperfect barrier (imperfect because i cannot tape the joints between foil on the back of the plasterboard sheets, and as you say, screw holes etc), would have nowhere to go when it meets the 2nd, more...

Hello. Looking for a bit of advice. I have reached this stage of renovating a dormer bedroom. Note that all joints are about to be taped with foil tape, so all timbers will be covered at that point. My plan was to finish with insulated plasterboard, but i have bought the wrong type i believe...
