The 'Blue' sticker is one I stuck on myself after taking to existing rose off. I put it there to remind me which connector the neutral had been connected to!

Would it not present an electrocution risk?

If they're the wrong way around, they've been like that since before I moved in. I live here a few years... Yikes I think I'll call an electrician to have a look at it

Here is a pic of the old light connected. The blue wire on the rose is connected to the connector with the single ceiling wire. The brown wire on the rose is connected to the connector with 2 ceiling wires. I'm more confused now

I'm thinking of laying laminate in my hallway but am unsure about how to finish it off at the front door. It's a palladio door and there are little curved bits between the main door and the side panels which makes it a bit more awkward. Any ideas?
