I got the image on the segate drive but I'm just not sure how to create the cd to restore it back to the C drive .any ideas

I've got a external seagate hard drive and have used the seagate software to create an image. The pc is now slightly problematic so I am looking to use the image to restore it.Any ideas how to use the software as it has got me stumped. Thanks
