All sorted now. I created a custom schedule which included all zones except the bathroom. All other zones set to 5 Deg. The bathroom continues to follow the main schedule. Now we have nice warm dry towels!

I have tried all the preset quick actions, but none of then achieve the required result. Is there a way to setup a custom quick actions? I can't see any way of doing this.
