Thanks, it's a vaillant combi boiler, not sure of the model as it doesn't have a model no. on the boiler. The boiler does fire when you request hot water from a tap, but the hot water seems to go into the central heating system rather than into the hot water outlet.

Hello, would appreciate any advice... I have a combi boiler which is providing heat for the radiators without a problem, but there's no hot water from the taps/showers/etc. When I turn on a hot water tap, I can hear the boiler kicking in, but the hot water outlet from the boiler is cold...
