Sorry , we don't have any OEM details other than whats printed on the boiler and user manual covers - "SERVOWARM ELITE H.E. (30, 40, 50 & 80) Series". Hope this helps ?

Hi, Our boiler, until recently was working fine. But now it only fires up on the hot water manual/programme only. It provides hot water to the cylinder as it always did in the past. When we try to use either auto/manual C/H programmes nothing happens in the boiler and remains silent -...
