Go to smaller gigs. You can sometimes catch bands that go on to be arena fillers, or just see a great band for a fraction of the price of an arena gig. And you actually get to see them up close, and not a dot on the horizon.

As I said earlier, China has a habit of under promising, and over delivering on these things. They have carbon reduction commitments. They are not made up. Is it guaranteed they will make that target? no. But given their track record, it looks achievable.
