    Fast fix for artex cracking in bathroom

    The bathroom ceiling in my rented house seems to be covered in artex and it is starting to crack. Can I spray Zinsser 123 over this ceiling to encapsulate it (before being fixed by other means) and avoid being exposed to asbestos or will it create other issues? Thanks!
