    Yes, the towel rail valve is fully open ...... unless someone has closed it recently. I thought I'd sorted it last week, but now there's a problem again. I'll check to see if the valves still fully open. Thanks Y

    Thanks Sooey, Can anyone point me in the direction of an auto bypass valve? Where does it go in the system? I'll have a chat with my plumber in the next few days, but it sounds like I might need a (different) heating engineer. And yes, there are two valves (about 3inches by 2 inches)...
