How did the LEDs work out?

Thanks for the replies. I've looked online at cfl and led spotlights but their light output seems to be an issue from what I've read, plus they are very pricey. Not sure about the CE. They are from Hong Kong so I'm guessing no. How bad can it be if one of these fail? CFLs don't generate too...
