I have a 1985 built mid terrace, we noticed a bulge in the plaster in the ceiling in the toilet, on inspection we found out there was a dampness(few drops) on the insulation above the same spot. The felt on the roof has a bulge and there is no immediate sign of dampness but it is bulginh inwards...
