Seco, trust me it is when you aint had none for three days. think i get what you mean with Cyl Stat. no problem with that. Valve does hold in position but boiler doesnt fire up, if i hold it up above its resting position like a cpl of mm boiler fires up, the second i let go boiler stops working...

Cheers seco, im assuming i would need some sort of electrical test gear to do that and dont have it so no joy there, like i said the strange thing is if i push the manual thingy a little more, and i mean like 2 or 3mm more than the actual resting position it all works fine, i just dont fancy...
