One radiator goes hot along with rest, but goes cold after a few minutes, as does the pipe feeding in.
I've tried bleeding, not sure where to go from here...

How long has this been happening? Have you had any recent work done on your central heating system,(boiler, pipes, other rads etc)?

Take the TRV actuator ,off the valve body. There is a pin in the centre of the valve body. It should move down if pressed on ( only a few millimetres) and pop back up under Spring pressure ...does it ? If it does ,leave the actuator off ,and see if it heats continually. If it continues with the same heating up ,then going cold routine , your system needs balancing.
