Trump has used up most of his country's stock of missile and air defences. It will take, literally, years to rebuild.
They have large stockpile in Israel.

The US and Israel have burnt through a large chunk of their advanced missiles available. Not all of them but the reserve is lower than it has been for a long time.
Interceptor sticks are also very low as they have been burning through them to deal with Iranian drones.
They still have loads of less capable bombs, which are fine for bombing Iran, but which would be far less useful against an intact air defence network.
