Hi - Read one of your posts (C 2013!!) regarding removing handles from a door which had black plastic bits at the top and bottom of the door handle mounting. Just wondering if I just use brute force to remove them.

Could anyone give one or two examples of the sort of questions they ask for the multiple test for surveyor and instaler test?
Please get back to me quick my test is on the 2nd June 2015.
