Hi there, I'd be grateful to hear what you did in the end re your floor insulation (here: https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/block-and-beam-no-insulation-why-ufh-etc.502270/)
We have similar - albeit a 1980s house, beam and block and 75mm screed. Currently thinking lift screed back to B&B and then > 75mm PIR boards > UFH heating pipes in a 40mm liquid screen > porcelain tiles.
