Neighbour is currently redoing his shower, with everything removed the plaster at the top near the shower head connection looks slightly damp. What I need to be able to do is remove the shower head connection there and then fit something into the female fitting to cap it off so I can then...

Broken bolt while replacing Thermostat housing

If the old thermostat housing is plastic I'd use a sharp chisel to break it up and get it out the way and then see what your left with

If it's 3m deep your going to need a very large budget for foundations/groundworks if you can even get the water company to agree to it

    Polishing headlamps

From memory the meguirs kit comes with the buffer for a drill, the polish and a small sanding pad with 2 different grits on it. For the best results I tend to find it's worth an hour wet and drying them from 400 grit upwards to 1200 grit then polish, if it's for one of my cars then ill...

Modified seatbelt. Can it be put back?

I'd look very carefully at that small plastic bit I'd suspect it's either got a split in it or has been glued back together to allow the belt out of it, it's pretty much inconceivable that someone has cut the belt and rejoined it somehow and it still functions. It has been dismantled somehow.

Modified seatbelt. Can it be put back?

Cable tie is holding the cable for the pretensioner in place. There looks enough space in the picture to pull the belt out then fold the slack back on itself and around to the right and slip it around the end of the pretensioner and back into it's correct position

    Fiat 500x misfire

Lawful Development and Previously Developed Land

It shouldn't be the policy in place at the time of determination but at the time of application. You apply based on those criteria, if the criteria changes before determination then your application can't meet it as you didn't know about them.

Lawful Development and Previously Developed Land

I'm not sure you can have it both ways, you either want to use the older regs to prove your pdl or the new rules that say your not pdl but if you were would allow you something bigger and it's taking the **** a bit expecting to have it both ways
  18. T

Lawful Development and Previously Developed Land

Shouldn't imagine so, it should be the same as a building regs app in that the rules apply that were in place at the time of application not whatevers introduced afterwards is retrospective

Lawful Development and Previously Developed Land

You'll need to go back to them and point out that the amendment they are using was not in place at the time of your application so therefore has no relevance.

Could you not use a couple of 45 connectors near the svp to get the pipe tucked into the wall so you can then clip it.
