Hi, I do not think pics are going to help with my questions which I thought were self- explanatory?

I have removed blown render to brickwork underneath, do i now give it a scud coat slurry/ wet dash? and if so do i wet brickwork? or give it a coat of SBR/bonding agent? and if it is the bonding agent, should i let it dry, then give it another coat of bonding agent and while it is still tacky go...
