Can you take a the cartridge apart on a dripping ceramic disc valve. Grease the ceramic discs with silicone grease to stop them dripping? Saw a video on it. Thanks.

What size grub screw are they usually if I was to buy another?

It's the grub screw that holds the tap head onto the splines. Cause I can't tighten properly the tap head is loose

A tap head. That sits on the splines of the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridge. There is a grub screw that holds the head onto the tap.

But not sure if will help as can't get the old grub screws out. The heads do pull up off the cartridge though

Just had a quick search you can possibly buy the grub screws separately if can get ones that fit

I have some ceramic disc quarter turn bath taps were the grub screw is between sizes. 2.5mm too slack. 3mm too tight. Is there a way around this so I can tighten the grub screw.

I have a mono block mixer with a single lever i believe this sits on a plastic stud below. I am removed the allen key and the lever is still tight to remove. Is there any tips? Its metal on plastic so wouldn't think would seize. Thanks
