It was a protest designed to bring attention to the actions of Israel in Gaza. And it worked, without endangering lives. Israel is obliterating medical facilities in Gaza (and now in Lebanon) and killing and maiming people, including the doctors and other care workers, in the process.

If it's a protest against Israel's treatment of Palestinians, it's not anti-semitism, much as you phrase it and want it to be. It could have been a stunt to raise such discussion that is now ensuing, to draw attention to the Israeli destruction of health care workers and facilities in Gaza.
