have worked out my internal floor measurement is only around 8m2 so do you reckon 9k without any plastering or electrics is too high. Also it is going on the side of the house and all the measurements fall within the permitted development criteria but the glass will be looking into the neighbors...

It's just self cleaning, what's the difference with the other glass? Also it's saint gobain planitherm the company use rather than pilkington.

Thanks for all the advice. The one i'm planning does actually fall within the permitted development criteria. Although because of my sloping drive the ridge will be around 100mm higher than the permitted 4m at the back of the house which can't be seen. Do you think this would be ok.

Will be roughly 8m2 internal, with no plastering or electrics(can do myself). self cleaning glass roof(lean to with hip either side) 600 dwarf wall with approx 600 build up and french doors to one end. highest price 15000 lowest 9000. Can't be arsed paying for plans etc hence don't want to go...

How much can i expect to pay for a 2.3 x 4.3 conservatory with a glass roof, french doors to one end and a soil pipe to relocate. Have had a couple of quotes with an astronomical difference in price so just wondered what i should be expecting.

when i turn on my hot water the boiler starts making a noise like it's going to take off and pressure goes up and down.Is it kettling and if so does anyone know what i can do to fix the problem.Thanks.

my newly installed broag combi has all of a sudden started making a noise like an aeroplane taking off when the hot water is on.I have turned the temp down and it stops has anyone got an idea if it is kettling and wht the problem might be and a possible solution please.

What is baffling is the fact it is fine all day and the pressure never drops, but on a morning needs topping and bleeding.

As soon as i top up the boiler it works fine all day but for whatever reason on a morning it doesn't.Yesterday morning a gurgling sound came from our bedroom rad so i topped up the system and bled it and it was fine.This morning the boiler was making a high pitched screech until i topped it...
