I'm trying to find out if anyone here has used Summit Roofguard to get guttering etc done? What have been people's experiences of them? I've heard some fairly rubbish stuff about them failing to deliver on what they've promised, not doing the work that has been agreed, not meeting deadlines...

It's always gonna be best to remove the rotten wood first, you don't want to drive the rott into the structural roof timbers. Virgin UPVC is supposed to keep it's colour much longer, depends on how long you'll be living there. I have heard that building regs may be changing soon stopping you...
