right, thank you. Yes there is a TRV on the radiator in the hallway about 4 foot away from the wall thermostat. just a question but why wouldn't you just set all the TRVs to max, warming the house quicker and turning the boilder of faster? Sorry if i am being thick

right, so the thermostat on the radiators actually reduced the flow of water hence reducing the amount of water the boiler has to pump. So what does the thermostat on the wall do when i set it to 20?

disconnected 2nd light and so far hasnt tripped. worked out the power consumption,2x500w light, 160 watt boiler consumption works out at 4.8 amps i believe, there is a timer switch also but doubt it takes it past 5, so i pretty sure its not overload

just to add, yesterday it would trip out between 10 mins and an hour after turning off the lights, over night it never went off at all. just wondering could it be something as the lights cool? or delayed trip

sorry for the late reply. all 3 lights are on, on all 3 sockets on the tester. still doesnt work, only thing i would say is that the soxket that supplies the fridge is a newer single socket where as the ones that do not work are old double sockets, maybe thats the problem

yes, the heater works fine in the house and also in the left hand side of the shed. the heater is brand new and as i say it works everywhere apart from these 3 sockets.
