Will do rocks1 :wink: I read up your answers on the other post too, but don't have a torx tool to get the heater cover off. I'll pick up one tomorrow. Is there a particular tool I need, or do I have to pick up the whole set ? :? At this stage, do you reckon it's fixable ?

Thanx Rocks1 :) I have the top off the machine. The heater gets very hot, checked all the connections, they're fine. The machine makes clicking sounds as it works back and forth but I cant hear a fan, would it be visible ? The dryer seems to work until the errors come up. When I open the door...

To add to my post and with thanks to Rocks1 for the information, the error code is 1,2&4, which is ntc, fan heater.. Any suggestions before I need to call an engineer. Thanks a lot :)

:( Hi, hope somebody can help with this (you've never let me down yet !) Washer works ok, the dryer doesn't work at all. Starts normally, then shuts down and the errors show up - Delay timer - Easy Iron - Spin - together with the Lock, all begin flashing.. There is a smell, maybe burning...

:wink: Thanks, I thought that's what it was after researching online, and I really appreciate the speedy response and verification. How easy is it to locate the ntc and what do you mean by continuity ? I will still need to locate a washing machine engineer but its so beneficial to know...
