    By ground anchor u mean pole sticking out the ground? If you mean that I don't think hitting it with a hammer will lower it. Been there ten years in concrete

    I've been busy and no time to put one of the flat's washing lines up. Will I have to take the old pole out and put new one in or is there a quicker solution to cut either the receiving or entering pole down with angle grinder or reciprocating saw? Pole is too tall

    My plug hole keeps blocking with food then I unblock it with a wet/dry vac but it caused stink out my flat (like drains)- does this mean I need to clean the pipes underneath ? Take them apart. Also, the thing which goes in the small sink on left Has come apart buy a replacement?
