    Two-pin plug anyone (shaver style)

Most oral B chargers I have seen, do have uk shaver plugs in them. Certainly getting that plug and base should not be a problem. Problems are more electrical. Ie if the cab has an isolation transformer, it’s not great to run it 24/7. Heat. Humming.

If the furthest socket is 25m away for the CU then I think that is a big old house rather than a normal/modern house.

Advice - First Fix Ring main or Radial?

Well, its obvious. If you want to plug the same load into the sockets. (for example a kitchen). Then a radial will either need to be 4 or 6mm And as an the op is more of a DIYer, its a bit silly to have to buy one real of 4mm when you can use 2.5mm on a ring. I'm sure you investigated 4mm...

Just fit an iso for the dishwasher if it’s important. You seam to be going to an awful lot of work and hassle for no benefit. Also you don’t want to isolate the oven unless it’s tripping rcd. And the fridge wants to be on as much as possible, with no accidental switch offs. It’s on an...

Advice - First Fix Ring main or Radial?

There are always arguments both ways on smoke alarms. But as this is fresh, you may as well run the supply back to the CU. You can do either then. I quote like having burglar alarm and smokes on the same rcbo. B6 You could even put the boiler on that too if you wanted to save money...

Advice - First Fix Ring main or Radial?

The important thing to consider is the kitchen. And to save you buying more reals of cable than necessary, the answer is to put a ring in the kitchen. Lights. Depends if you have ceiling roses or fancy lights that only accept 1 cable ! I’ve know upstairs to use roses And downstairs to loop...
