Can't find soil stack, is it shared?

I thought all newer built properties had their own soil and vent pipe. As for the photo, it’s not clear but it could be. They may not have finished the soil pipe off (I found this once with a new build of ours (social housing), it just vented in the loft but they could smell foul odours by the...

Ideal Logic C30 8 years old. Hive connection.

I'm wondering if it's similar to a Vaillant whereby the existing control may have altered a setting and needs changing.

    Flat expansion vessel

Yes it could have done, In which case it will require a new one. It could also be the pipe leading to it

    Flat expansion vessel

Not necessarily the vessel going flat, could be a blocked communication pipe. I've had some vessels in Vaillants fail after 3 years as well. Best get BG back

Vaillant ecoFIT pure 418 Honeywell T3R - S30 status code

Yes it seems to be. Something isn't sending voltage to the boiler, unless the wire is loose or someone's messed with it. Can you open up the boiler and take a photo of the wiring (safely)?

What sort of tap fitting is this - and how do I tighten it ?

Hard to make out entirely but as per @denso13's link it looks like the metal horseshoe piece is damaged, and might not be able to tighten. You have a Philips type screw, you could try it but don't be surprised if it snaps altogether

    Hive Single Receiver Wiring Help

A common misconception by lots of people. That is a live and switched live, not a neutral. Unless there’s plenty of slack on that cable then I suggest you wire the Hive elsewhere. The existing Honeywell isn’t a receiver, it’s a battery operated thermostat.
