I know what you mean if you move them to much the plaster will crack, but plasterers usually skim quite thin at the boxes (almost flush to front) and even if you have to take the box out, as long as you are careful not to do to much damage you will have a nice flush recess for the box to go back...

I always try to put them in first to keep them flush (ask the plasterer to be nice to them) . And as long as you take care at second fix it will give a better finish.

Has anyone fitted a Buderus low voltage sensor (fitted to modulink board) to a cylinder in the normal two thirds position and then found they had to set the DHW temp on the boiler to 40 to keep the water from getting to hot. If anyone has and can remember how they did it? Or is the sensor...
