it's true. when a gas appliance gets registered it takes around 2 weeks for the cert to arrive for the gas safe register. I cannot wait for payment that long either.

Piping problem: The incorrect piping is allowing a stronger pump to suck air down the vent pipe. Really a plumber repair.

power flush and replace boiler you will not get value for money trying to repair.
