    Not sure I agree with that. We were denied our local elections last year and this year they are going ahead BUT our local councillor says the Surrey changes are causing issues and will do for years. So delaying local elections delivers nothing. ?

    Go to the bathroom, turn on light Return to consumer unit and switch off 1 MCB then see if the light has gone out . If it doesn’t gon out, don’t assume it’s the other circuit breaker, turn that off and check its off. Then you’ll know
